Taking the 3x10 concept and implementing methods from the great strength training Chad Waterbury.  Flipping the format to a 10 sets of 3 protocol gives you 30 reps of volume for each movement but with only 3 reps per set, you can lift exponentially more weight.  This is a fantastic way to add size and strength.  Best used with compound movement.
